Enhance your stay with a truly personalized dining experience, available only to overnight guests of The White Birch Inn. Our private dinners are led by Chef Ryne Brown, former Executive Chef at the acclaimed Fortify Kitchen and Bar, and are designed to offer refined, seasonal cuisine in a quiet, intimate setting.

Whether you’re enjoying a romantic evening for two or hosting a small gathering of up to 14 guests, each meal is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your tastes and preferences.

Dinners are held Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM and take place in a private space within the inn. Please take note that a cancellation within seven days of your planned dinner will result in a $100 product recovery charge.

Join us at The White Birch Inn for a thoughtfully curated four-course tasting experience, crafted by Chef Ryne Brown and inspired by the flavors of North Georgia’s summer harvest.


Bread Service – house-made buttermilk biscuits with local preserves and whipped butter

First Course

Country ham and corn chowder with fresh herb “pesto”, roasted GA peanuts


Second Course (please choose one)

Local mushroom risotto – balsamic reduction, parmesan crisp, fresh herbs, brown butter roasted mushrooms

Bolognese – local Providence Farmstead Wagyu beef and pork bolognese, fresh pasta, parmesan, peppadews, lemon herb ricotta crema, fennel


Third Course (please choose one)

Short Rib – Providence Farmstead- Tiger Mountain Vineyards Rabun Red braised American Wagyu short rib, celeriac-potato puree, braised greens, fresh herb “chimichurri”

Trout – pan-roasted cornmeal and herb crusted Carolina Mountain Trout, roasted honey beets with local goat cheese, lemon brown butter, honey roasted pecans

Chicken Marsala – local chicken breast, marsala-local mushroom sauce, roasted potatoes, spinach and Vidalia onion, local micro greens


Fourth Course (please choose one)

Chocolate Pots d’ Crème – Crème Chantilly, shaved chocolate, strawberry

Crème Brulee – Vanilla crème brulee, gluten free shortbread cookie, toasted pecan
