Our private dinners are led by Chef Ryne Brown, former Executive Chef at the acclaimed Fortify Kitchen and Bar, and are designed to offer refined, seasonal cuisine in a quiet, intimate setting.
Whether you’re enjoying a romantic evening for two or hosting a small gathering of up to 14 guests, each meal is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your tastes and preferences.
Dinners are held Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM and take place in a private space within the inn.

Join us at The Laurel Bar for a thoughtfully curated four-course tasting experience, crafted by Chef Ryne Brown and inspired by the flavors of North Georgia’s summer harvest.
First Course
Soup – roasted squash-apple soup, cider gastrique, brown-butter pepitas, fresh fried sage
Second Course (please choose one)
House Pasta – house cut tagliatelle, local mushrooms, miso butter, pecan gremolata, parmigiano Reggiano
Risotto – white wine and butternut squash risotto, fresh herbs, parmesan crisp, balsamic reduction
Third Course (please choose one)
Beef Tenderloin – petite Providence Farmstead filet, peppercorn jus, Yukon gold pomme puree, glazed mushrooms and applewood bacon
Trout – herb-roasted Carolina Mountain trout, honey-muscadine Beurre-Blanc, charred broccoli, lemon-pecan crumb
Duck – pan roasted duck breast, Rabun red jus, celery-root puree, roasted grapes, braised greens
Fourth Course (please choose one)
Crème Brûlée – crème brûlée, gluten free shortbread cookie, toasted pecans
Cobbler – apple cobbler, buttermilk-vanilla ice cream, salted caramel
