Our private dinners are led by Chef Ryne Brown, former Executive Chef at the acclaimed Fortify Kitchen and Bar, and are designed to offer refined, seasonal cuisine in a quiet, intimate setting.

Whether you’re enjoying a romantic evening for two or hosting a small gathering of up to 14 guests, each meal is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your tastes and preferences.

Dinners are held Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM and take place in a private space within the inn.

Join us at The Laurel Bar for a thoughtfully curated four-course tasting experience, crafted by Chef Ryne Brown and inspired by the flavors of North Georgia’s summer harvest.


First Course (please choose one)

Soup – Chilled potato & leek with prosciutto and chive

Salad – Local greens, goat feta, blueberries, pickled strawberry, Georgia pecans, summer herb vinaigrette

Pimento Grit Cake – Smoked gouda, pimento, chive, and pepper jelly


Second Course (please choose one)

House Pasta – Fresh pasta with wild mushrooms, cracked black pepper, Parmigiano-Reggiano, olive oil, fresh herbs, and truffle

Pork Belly – Sweet soy glaze, Napa cabbage, scallion, furikake, crispy onigiri

Crab Cake – Jumbo lump crab, panko, potato-scallion pancake, lemon aioli


Third Course (please choose one)

Beef Tenderloin – Providence Farmstead beef, Tiger Mountain Rabun Red demi-glace, Yukon gold croquette, bacon-mushroom-onion mélange, roasted broccolini

Roasted Half Chicken – Herb rice pilaf, braised collard greens, pot likker jus

Butter-Poached Lobster Tail – Lobster butter-carrot emulsion, miso roasted carrots, herbed summer squash

Vegetable Risotto – Summer squash, eggplant, wild mushrooms, and Parmigiano-Reggiano


Fourth Course (please choose one)

Crème Brûlée – Served with fresh berries and a shortbread cookie

Peach Cobbler – Warm biscuit topping, house-made vanilla ice cream
